What To Expect

We aim to provide a welcoming space and remarkable chiropractic experience for you and your family. So you can prepare, this is what to expect when you see one of our chiropractors at ONE Chiropractic Studio in Utrecht.

At your Initial Consultation, you will have a detailed discussion with your chiropractor about your most concerning problem or pain, including your trauma history and a review of your lifestyle stressors. If this consultation is for your child, we will also go into prenatal details, birth history, growth and development.

Finally, we will talk about your goals for care and find out what you’re motivated to achieve with our help, and why that is important for you.

Following your detailed discussion with your chiropractor, we will assess your nervous system and search for where the stress is, how long it has been there, and how much there is. This is done using our INSiGHT scans and our neuro-structural postural analysis.

After your Initial Consult, your chiropractor will take the time to review your case (or your child’s) in detail in order to determine how we can help you and create a personalised plan that fits your goals and is relative to the findings of your assessment.

Your chiropractor will then provide an explanation of the results of your assessment, and then present you with a clear plan of action aimed towards achieving your goals. If, for any reason, we don’t think we can help, or if we would like to suggest a referral to another practitioner, this will be discussed here at your report.

Once you’re happy with the plan and your chiropractor has answered all of your questions and concerns, then your care plan of adjustments begins. This stage of care is often a more intensive phase of deep work, including regular chiropractic adjustments and oftentimes some suggestions to make small but sustainable changes to your lifestyle.

Each person’s journey will look a little bit different as it is always based upon your individual health complaint when you meet us and the goals you’re aiming to achieve. As with most things in life, the more committed you are to the process, the greater the results and fulfilment you will experience.
