Our Techniques

While the number of techniques available are many and varied the key is to find the technique that suits the person, not the person that suits the technique.

Diversified Technique©

With the malfunction in the relationship between one or more spinal bones, which we call a subluxation, a specific manual thrust is administered. The direction, speed, depth and angle that are used is the result of years of experience, practice and and a holistic understanding of spinal mechanics.

Activator Method©

This is a system of spinal evaluation combined with a handheld adjusting instrument that delivers a consistent, low-force thrust. This method it’s  faster than adjustments delivered by hand, therefore the body rarely tightens to resist, making adjustments comfortable and effective.

The chiropractor will apply a low-force touch to certain contact points, usually along your spine, at specific moments in your respiration cycle.
These precise and gentle touches to your spine alert your brain to move away from a defense posture and embrace a more peaceful and resourceful state.
This adjusting approach helps practice members develop new strategies for living and healing as the nervous system learns new ways to release mechanical tension.

Webster Technique

By releasing the stress on a pregnant woman’s pelvis, the uterus and surrounding ligaments relax, permitting the baby to grow and develop naturally.

Sacro-Occipital Technique ©

SOT stands for Sacro Occipital Technique, a chiropractic technique designed to help normalize the relationship between the pelvis and the head. We use wedge-shaped devices known as “blocks” to help correct your spine and properly “tune” your nervous system. By knowing exactly where to position these blocks, we use the weight of your body to make corrections, naturally.
