Meet the ONErs
Dr. Max Gregor Smith - Chiropractor
Hi I am Max Gregor. I found chiropractic while looking for ways to improve my performance and optimal body function.
At 8 years old I used to participate to tennis competitions and my mother decided to bring me to a chiropractor in order to maintain my body in balance, equilibrium and harmony.
As I progressed through my care I was surprised on how my body kept strenghtening ; I noticed more resilience towards illness and injuries, moreover I felt more energy.
I was soon captivated by the wonders of the transformation of health. I started my university education in Barcelona, but after years I decided to cross the planet to finish my education at one of the most prestigious chiropractic universities in the world: the New Zealand College of Chiropractic. I have worked in chiropractic consultations in New Zealand, Singapore, and Barcelona and now I have realized my dream to open up here in Netherlands and return people to a state of sustainable health so they can live the life they deserve.
I hope to meet you soon in person to assess how we can help you improve your quality of life. Call us, send us a whatsapp message or an email to explore your options.

Dr. Cherie Dryden-Schofield
Hi! I’m Cherie Dryden-Schofield. South African – Chiropractor – Animal Lover Born and raised in Johannesburg, I have called the Netherlands home since 2013.
My husband and I immigrated straight after graduating as Doctors of Chiropractic from the University of Johannesburg.
The idea was to come live in the Netherlands for a year while I completed my post-grad studies in veterinary chiropractic in Germany.
That one year quickly became six and now, together with our dog, Jozi, this has become our home. I love helping people learn to trust their bodies again. To remind them how incredible the body really is.
That it was made to heal and thrive. Our bodies always do their best for us, through all the decisions we make, both good and bad.
My goal is to help each client’s nervous system function optimally so that they can continue doing the things they love and live a extraordinary life. I look forward to meeting you soon!
Dr. Marc Yip Choy
Hello! My name is Marc Yip Choy, originally from Peterborough, Canada. When I’m not at the practice, you can find my outside running, biking, hiking or finding any adventure that I can.
I grew up as an active kid, playing every sport I could. I ended focusing my energy on soccer (I know, I know, it’s football in Europe!). Playing at a high level, I learned that by making conscious lifestyle choices, I could have a direct impact on my performance on the football pitch and my everyday health.
One of the most impactful choices I made was going to see my family Chiropractor when I was in my young teens. Although I initially went to sort out some back pain, I soon saw improvements with my asthma, my recovery from workouts, and my performance on the pitch.
After finishing my undergraduate degree in Kinesiology in Canada, I moved to New Zealand to study at the New Zealand College of Chiropractic. It is there where I truly learned of the magic of the human body and the boundless potential residing in each of us. What I learned was that to access this potential, it is vital that our spines are functioning at their best so that we can have a clear and connected nervous system.
My ultimate passion is ensuring that each person that comes to see me, leaves being able to express their optimal health and vitality.
I am excited to see how we can help you live your best life!

Dr. Patrick Terrein
Hello, my name is Patrick Terrein and I am originally from Mexico City.
I was introduced to chiropractic as a baby thanks to a very close family friend, who belongs to the oldest chiropractic family in Mexico. Because of them, I’ve been fortunate enough to get checked and adjusted since I was only a couple of weeks old.
When I was 10 years old, I started to develop asthma and various allergies, for which I underwent numerous therapies. They all helped but none of them seemed to work in full effect. This is when I started to get checked by my chiropractor on a more regular basis and, bit by bit, my health began to improve.
At that time, I did not fully understand why I was getting better. I began to read more and more about chiropractic and the capacity our bodies have to survive, adapt and heal – and how we often forget to trust our bodies’ inborn capabilities. All of this fascinated me, and is the reason why I decided to pursue a career in chiropractic.
I completed my education in the Barcelona College of Chiropractic, throughout which I interned with a great colleague of mine and from whom I keep learning to this day. Now I have chosen to move to Amsterdam and be a part of this chiropractic team to help each person that walks through our doors get closer to their full potential through chiropractic care.
Other than that, I am an avid motorsport fan and also love running and cycling!
Dr. Whitney Chicoine
Hello! My name is Whitney Chicoine. I am from Wakefield, a small town just outside of Ottawa, Canada. When I’m not in the Chiropractic Studio serving the community with a big smile on my face, you’ll find me outside being active, playing sports and having a great time.
My dad is a chiropractor and I have been checked and adjusted my entire life. Seeing the positive impact chiropractic care can have on a community led me to having a strong desire to become a chiropractor myself. In 2016 I left Canada to pursue my dreams and started my Chiropractic education at the New Zealand Chiropractic College and have never looked back. (This was by far the best decision in my life)
Currently, one of my biggest passions in life is helping families thrive through the delivering excellent Chiropractic care.
I really look forward to meeting you and your family soon to see how we can help you improve the quality of you and your family’s life.
Dr. Melanie Kleinhans
My name is Melanie Kleinhans. I was born and grew up in Windhoek, Namibia which is in the southern part of Africa. I always knew I wanted to study something that would allow me to help people. I started my chiropractic journey after my sister started chiropractic care and I saw the results and her life’s improvement, so I decided to observe my chiropractor for 2 weeks. I saw people young and old enter her office and walk out with a smile. My biggest memory of this was a little baby that had not stopped crying for 2 weeks and I could see that her parents had lost all hope. The chiropractor adjusted this little baby and suddenly nothing, no more crying just this smiley baby in front of us. The parents were laughing and crying at the same time. Let me just say I fell in love with chiropractic.
I started my chiropractic degree in Barcelona, Spain and then decided to finish my studies at the New Zealand so traveled to the other side of the world.
My goal in life is to help a community of families express life to the fullest. I speak fluent English, German, Afrikaans and Dutch. I enjoy drawing, hiking, going for a run and anything were I can be outside in the sun.
I look forward in meeting you and helping you and your families live an extraordinary life with chiropractic care.
Dr. Jasmin West

My chiropractic journey started when I was five years old, my family started regular chiropractic care to support our active and busy lifestyle. Since then, it has simply been part of my health and wellness routine, as important as good food, exercise and a positive attitude!
My experience and passion is working with babies, children and families. Little ones have a spine and nervous system too and it is my dream to see the next generation well-adjusted and functioning at their best from day one.

Dr. Chris Reesby
Hi, my name’s Chris – I’m here to serve you, your family and friends, and your community.
I was born and raised in Brisbane, Australia with two brothers and loving parents. Most of my youth was spent engaged in athletic activities (primarily soccer and surfing). My family’s values of health and sports led me to strong interests in human performance and performance longevity. Various movement practices, breathwork, cold exposure, meditation and nutrition are some of the tools I use for my own personal health.
After being referred to a chiropractor for a sports injury, I realised chiropractic care was a precursor to all these other healthy habits. Every single bodily process, including how you age, grow, heal and think is directly controlled by your nervous system. Chiropractic care clears your nervous system so you can function at a higher level across all areas.
I had such positive, life-changing experiences under chiropractic care that I chose to study a further five years at the prestigious New Zealand College of Chiropractic.
My goal is to provide the opportunity, to as many people as possible, the experience of what it feels like to live in a better performing body and mind.
Dr. Elsje Meyer
I have been practising in Cape Town, South Africa, since 2013. I am fascinated with the intelligence of the nervous system. It’s a privilege to be witness to the body’s ability to heal on a daily basis. I especially like prenatal and baby chiropractic. I also enjoy reading, spending time with my family and cooking. For movement I love walking, doing pilates, yoga and ballet.
Dr. Olivia Cox
Hallo, Ik ben Olivia!
I am from New Zealand in a small town called Napier in the Hawkes Bay. I graduated from the New Zealand College of Chiropractic in 2020. I was drawn to living and working in the Netherlands to explore Europe and play hockey (as I know the Dutch ar the best in the world). I love the beach, going to music gigs, playing board games and most of all anything that is gezellig.
In the chiropractic field I am passionate about mental health and sports performance. Personally I have had numerous injuries over the years from playing a lot of sports and know first hand how quickly the body can adapt, heal and recover when it is functioning at its best.
I see the body as a whole with many diverse and intricate patterns interconnected from head to toe, inside and out. My role as a chiropractor is to assist your body to become more aware of itself, allowing the patterns of stress to be integrated into your nervous system so you can learn, grow and evolve into the best version of yourself.
My favourite quote is by Parker Palmer “The human soul doesn’t want to be advised or fixed or saved. It simply wants to be witnessed, exactly as it is”.
I’m looking forward to learning more about the Dutch language and culture. I will be honoured to serve you and your friends and/or family in Rotterdam.
