Meet the ONErs
Dr. Max Gregor Smith - Chiropractor
Hi I am Max Gregor. I found chiropractic while looking for ways to improve my performance and optimal body function.
At 8 years old I used to participate to tennis competitions and my mother decided to bring me to a chiropractor in order to maintain my body in balance, equilibrium and harmony.
As I progressed through my care I was surprised on how my body kept strenghtening ; I noticed more resilience towards illness and injuries, moreover I felt more energy.
I was soon captivated by the wonders of the transformation of health. I started my university education in Barcelona, but after years I decided to cross the planet to finish my education at one of the most prestigious chiropractic universities in the world: the New Zealand College of Chiropractic. I have worked in chiropractic consultations in New Zealand, Singapore, and Barcelona and now I have realized my dream to open up here in Netherlands and return people to a state of sustainable health so they can live the life they deserve.
I hope to meet you soon in person to assess how we can help you improve your quality of life. Call us, send us a whatsapp message or an email to explore your options.

Dr. Cherie Dryden-Schofield
Hi! I’m Cherie Dryden-Schofield. South African – Chiropractor – Animal Lover Born and raised in Johannesburg, I have called the Netherlands home since 2013.
My husband and I immigrated straight after graduating as Doctors of Chiropractic from the University of Johannesburg.
The idea was to come live in the Netherlands for a year while I completed my post-grad studies in veterinary chiropractic in Germany.
That one year quickly became six and now, together with our dog, Jozi, this has become our home. I love helping people learn to trust their bodies again. To remind them how incredible the body really is.
That it was made to heal and thrive. Our bodies always do their best for us, through all the decisions we make, both good and bad.
My goal is to help each client’s nervous system function optimally so that they can continue doing the things they love and live a extraordinary life. I look forward to meeting you soon!
Dr. Raijja Panis
Hi! Im Raijja, a Spanish- Dutch Chiropractor. I was born on the island of Ibiza where I was raised for most of my life. With my parents I’ve also traveled the world living on a sailing boat during nearly 4 years, from the age of 6 until 9. This gave me a big passion for most water sports, but above all surfing.
Already from a young age I felt drawn towards health and wellness that have inspired me becoming a professional body worker, fitness and yoga coach by the age of 23. This brought me forward to work at that time in Ibiza for prestigious fitness and welness companies such as boot-camps and wellness retreats.
I got into chiropractic due to the fact I had a terrible motorbike accident at the age of 24 with multiple fractures and a severe concussion. This situation led me to seek out many different health professionals with little or no lasting results. This was until I gave chiropractic a chance. I’m so thankful I did as it helped me so much that I decided to become a chiropractor myself. Finally realizing that the power that makes the body heals the body!
As a result I studied in the Barcelona College of Chiropractic. Since I’ve work in a wellness oriented chiropractic practice in Barcelona, practicing Network Spinal founded by Donny Epstein, and in a family practice in Belgium. Those environments have crafted me in caring from children, to their parents, the elderly, the sports person, disabled people and generally all who are defined with reaching higher goals in their life.
Dr. Holly Schonberger
Hi! I’m Holly- my journey with chiropractic began during my young adolescent years in the USA, with the magnitude of the work unveiling itself to me when I experienced a traumatic brain injury (TBI) playing softball in college. Chiropractic care helped me heal and recover from the injury, and this experience inevitably led me to wanting to become a chiropractor myself.
It was in my first year of chiropractic school at Life Chiropractic College West in the San Francisco Bay Area that I was introduced to Network Spinal Analysis (NSA) by a classmate and close friend. I instantly fell in love with the work and knew I had just discovered her life’s purpose.
NSA (now known as NetworkSpinal) is a light and gentle technique that helps your system develop strategies for optimal health and well being. These strategies enable you to better adapt to all of life’s stressors, which creates more space for you to live freely and celebrate as your authentic self. I use my background in Psychology, along with NetworkSpinal, to address the mind, body, soul, and spirit of a human through the lens of the central nervous system (the brain and the spinal cord). The central nervous system (CNS) is the structure that animates your life, and is the master conductor of your reality and every single function that happens in your body. When there is less tension and stress on the spinal cord and brain, there is more room for you to grow, evolve, heal, and integrate trauma that your body has harbored throughout your lifetime. If you are seeking the desire to thrive, to have more resources to live your best life, and are wanting to shed layers to discover your most authentic self, you have come to the right place!
From the USA, I was born and raised in Northern Virginia, in the suburbs of Washington DC, and graduated from George Mason University with an undergraduate B.A. in Psychology. I then moved to San Francisco, CA and received my Doctorate of Chiropractic from Life Chiropractic College West. Most recently, my wife and I lived in Hawaii before moving to Amsterdam. We are so happy to be here!
Dr. Patrick Terrein
Hello, my name is Patrick Terrein and I am originally from Mexico City.
I was introduced to chiropractic as a baby thanks to a very close family friend, who belongs to the oldest chiropractic family in Mexico. Because of them, I’ve been fortunate enough to get checked and adjusted since I was only a couple of weeks old.
When I was 10 years old, I started to develop asthma and various allergies, for which I underwent numerous therapies. They all helped but none of them seemed to work in full effect. This is when I started to get checked by my chiropractor on a more regular basis and, bit by bit, my health began to improve.
At that time, I did not fully understand why I was getting better. I began to read more and more about chiropractic and the capacity our bodies have to survive, adapt and heal – and how we often forget to trust our bodies’ inborn capabilities. All of this fascinated me, and is the reason why I decided to pursue a career in chiropractic.
I completed my education in the Barcelona College of Chiropractic, throughout which I interned with a great colleague of mine and from whom I keep learning to this day. Now I have chosen to move to Amsterdam and be a part of this chiropractic team to help each person that walks through our doors get closer to their full potential through chiropractic care.
Other than that, I am an avid motorsport fan and also love running and cycling!
Dr. Mahnaz Saigol
Hi! I’m Mahnaz, I am from Pakistan and I grew up in the UK. I first came to Chiropractic for my sports performance as a schoolgirl, and returned to it as an adult by way of injury recovery.
I started my Chiropractic journey when I was 13, as I played many sports through school. A horse-riding injury inspired me to change professions, and on the path to wellness I enrolled at the Barcelona College of Chiropractic, where I also graduated from.
The human body is something truly amazing, and I am excited to share this knowledge and passion with the people I help. I love the process of guiding people to realise the infinite potential of their bodies through Chiropractic. Working towards health goals such as functioning at optimum potential, expansion of your range of adaptation, and bringing more balance to the nervous system take the perceptions of ‘normal life’ to new heights.
Alongside my passion for Chiropractic, I practice photography, horse-riding, polo, and scuba diving. I also read voraciously! I speak English, Urdu, Hindi, and Spanish, with Dutch on the way.
I look forward to meeting you in person, and welcoming you towards a higher baseline of health, so you can live the life you deserve in a condition better than you imagined!
